Tobias Korn joined the RITM for a research stay throughout March 2025.He is a Postdoctoral Researcher (“Akademischer Rat”) in Economics at the Institute of Macroeconomics at Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. He is also affiliated with Heidelberg University and is a member of the Research Training Group on Globalization and Development.
Tobias is a versatile researcher who shares RITM members’ interests in Economic History, Development Economics, and International Trade. His work explores the economic consequences of conflicts, the political economy of conflicts, and the organization of trade networks.
