Ahmed Bounfour and Laura Kreiling attended at ASTP-Proton Fall Meeting wich has been held in Guimares (Portugal), the November 22-24. They presented their paper: A holistic practice-based model to understand link between resources, practices and KTO performance.
The speakers will share their work on developing a “capability maturity framework for knowledge transfer” that allows for quantitative and qualitative measurement on the level of KTO maturity and proposals on areas of improvement. They will also introduce for discussion possible contextual elements for ‘intelligent benchmarking’. Following short presentations, attendees can discuss possible building blocks for a maturity model for KTO and conditions for implementation. The case study of the evolution of RedOTRI, the Spanish network of
university TTOs will be highlighted. Experience from the recent Progress-TT project, which looked at key KTO areas of competence, will also be discussed.
